    Very comfortable beds. Clean and large room. All modern and works great.

    The Internet. An inconvenient registration. It is not clear for a fee or not!? For a 5 star-hotel and especialy for the Hilton one, I believe it very finely trying to take the extra $10-15 for Internet (( This is why I've puted a low grade for services.

    Top service

    The hotel took nearly $600 as a guarantee from credit card, and didn't tell or explained about return dates. Simply told that as soon as they will check the room after the check-out - money are going to be returned. One day since check-out nothing happened. I would like to have more specificities.

    Spacious room with beautiful views.

    The staff at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful when I requested an early check-in, despite being an Expedia Gold member. During my final night, I encountered a grumpy staff member while asking for a late check-out, and additional amenities I requested were met with skepticism rather than assistance were great.

    Here's the real story

    An extraordinary experience! The staff were genuinely attentive, providing great service. The spacious room offered amazing river views, complemented by a luxurious bathroom with a heated toilet seat. Breakfast was a standout with an excellent variety. The hotel's location near the park and shopping adds to its appeal. A soothing retreat in the city!

    I loved the amazing views of the Han River from my corner room and the delightful variety at breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. The spa offered a fantastic massage and a relaxing jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after exploring. Just a heads up, the bar prices were pretty steep, so maybe consider that before heading up. 😊

    The venue is gorgeous, clean and the location is favourable and stunning adjacent to IFC mall which have lots of restraunts, shops, even movie theatre as well as the Mango store. The breakfast is savoury, outstanding food.
